The Audits module supports the entire audit process – from planning and preparation through audit execution and the recording of audit findings to the proposal, approval and monitoring of corrective actions. Each step follows logically from the previous one, providing a clear and structured audit process within a single environment.
The entire process is managed by the Lead Auditor, who is responsible for planning audit activities, coordinating the audit team and conducting the final evaluation of the audit. Members of the audit team participate in conducting the audit, identifying findings and recording them in the system.
Audit findings in WebArat are linked to corrective action plans and their implementation. This provides the organisation with a comprehensive view of the entire process – from identifying a finding through its remediation to the final evaluation of the audit results.
