The Organisation module provides a central source of essential information about the organisation, which WebArat uses throughout the entire system. It contains identification and contact details, the organisational structure and other settings required for the operation of individual processes and modules.
The module includes an employee register, which enables employees and their basic identification and contact details to be managed. This information is subsequently used when assigning roles, responsibilities and other activities within the system.
Organisational and employee data is used across WebArat, reducing the need to enter the same information repeatedly. Depending on how the system is deployed, employee records can be managed automatically or added manually.
