The Quality Process module provides an environment for the systematic recording, management and evaluation of organisational processes within quality management. It enables organisations to define individual processes, their owners and responsibilities, inputs and outputs, objectives, performance indicators and other information required for their effective management.
WebArat enables quality processes to be linked with other elements of the system, making it possible to track their relationships with objectives, risks, documentation, audits, nonconformities, corrective actions and other organisational activities.
Interconnected data provides the organisation with a comprehensive view of how individual processes operate and perform. The module therefore supports the systematic management, evaluation and continual improvement of processes within a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001.
