The Objectives module enables you to define and systematically manage objectives for the organisation, individual organisational units or responsible persons. For each objective, you can specify the desired outcome, responsibilities and deadlines for its achievement.
Continuous status monitoring makes it possible to evaluate progress towards objectives and identify any deviations from the planned outcome at an early stage.
Integration with other WebArat modules allows objectives to become an integral part of the organisation’s management system and to be monitored in the context of related processes and activities.
