The Third Parties module provides a centralised environment for recording and managing the organisation’s suppliers, customers and other external parties. It enables you to manage their identification and contact details, organisational structure, contact persons and other information required to manage these relationships.
Third parties are an important part of managing risks, responsibilities and obligations carried out by external parties. WebArat enables them to be linked to individual processes and records the specific role, responsibility or obligation assigned to each third party.
Integration with other WebArat modules enables third parties to be managed within the broader context of the organisation. Information about suppliers and other external parties therefore becomes more than a standalone register – it forms part of the integrated management of risks, assets, security and responsibilities.
